Where It All Began
I was born into a family deeply rooted in the world of fashion. From an early age, I was immersed in tailoring and garment production, developing a unique perspective that bridges traditional craftsmanship and the fashion industry.
In my mother's workshop, which collaborated with renowned Italian luxury brands, I learned the foundations of the craft—from mastering machinery and production techniques to gaining a comprehensive understanding of the fashion system.
I later completed my education with a degree in Fashion Science and Technology, followed by a specialization in Digital Communication and Marketing.
Beyond technical expertise, however, a deeper purpose began to emerge: to shape a personal vision of fashion and respond to a market that often felt disconnected from the realities of women.
This is how Sartoria Prisciantelli was born.

Founded in 2008 in the heart of Puglia, Sartoria Prisciantelli is a design studio with an in-house atelier, where contemporary creativity meets the excellence of Italian craftsmanship.
Specialising in bespoke garments, the atelier has become a reference for creations that combine identity, research, and artisanal excellence.
A distinctive element of the brand is the development of transformable garments—designed to be worn in different ways and adapt effortlessly to the body, the occasion, and the individuality of the wearer.
An ongoing exploration of form, textiles, and fit allows versatility and elegance to coexist without compromise.
Over the years, the atelier has expanded its journey through awards, collaborations, and educational activities, strengthening its role within the contemporary fashion landscape.
Rossana Prisciantelli has received prestigious awards and holds institutional positions within Confartigianato, actively contributing to the promotion and development of Italian craftsmanship in the fashion sector.
Versatility isn't about adapting.

Nel segno della Sostenibilità
Negli ultimi anni, la ricerca si orienta verso un approccio più consapevole, dove estetica ed etica convivono in modo naturale.
La sostenibilità non è un concetto astratto, ma una scelta progettuale concreta:
significa ripensare il modo in cui un capo nasce, viene utilizzato e continua a vivere nel tempo.
Ogni creazione è pensata per durare, trasformarsi e adattarsi.
Non come oggetto stagionale, ma come parte di un percorso personale.
La versatilità diventa così uno strumento: capi trasformabili, modulari, capaci di accompagnare momenti diversi e identità in evoluzione.
Un approccio che unisce innovazione stilistica e tradizione sartoriale, promuovendo un’idea di consumo più consapevole, lontana dalla logica dell’usa e getta.
La sostenibilità non è una scelta estetica.
È un modo di progettare.
L'evoluzione stilistica
La sartoria non è solo tecnica, ma cultura da preservare e trasformare.
Nel tempo, il mio lavoro si è orientato sempre più verso la diffusione di un messaggio: valorizzare l’artigianato come espressione contemporanea, attraverso progetti, collaborazioni ed eventi.
Credo in un Made in Italy che non sia solo produzione, ma racconto del territorio, delle competenze e delle persone che lo rendono vivo.
Trasmettere, tramandare, reinterpretare:
azioni necessarie per mantenere l’artigianato attuale, accessibile e in continua evoluzione.
Per questo, accanto alla creazione, porto avanti attività legate alla formazione e alla condivisione, con l’obiettivo di avvicinare nuove generazioni a una visione più consapevole della moda.
L’artigianato non è passato.
È un linguaggio in evoluzione.
